Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on coinpoker. Your name, date of birth, email address, and contact details must be correct. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. coinpoker will never ask for your password.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, the additional accounts and their balances will be closed. The primary account may also be at risk in the event of such a violation.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on coinpoker is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposited funds must come from your own registered payment method — third-party funding is not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes for successfully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests may always go through a verification process.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not complete.
- Any withdrawal may be suspended if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
4.3 Currency Policy
coinpoker operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, bonuses, and winnings will be displayed in Taka.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes withdrawable. A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit.
- If bonus funds are used on games excluded from bonus play.
- If the same bonus is claimed across multiple accounts.
5.3 Other Promotions
coinpoker offers various promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms and conditions may apply to each promotion, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.
Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

- Use of bots, automated software, or algorithmic methods.
- Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional systems.

- Transferring funds between accounts to gain bonus advantages.
For any violation of these rules, coinpoker reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
VIP Program and Rewards
coinpoker's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier progression depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits. coinpoker reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
